To access the Reporting Portal, go to 

You will use the same login information that you use to access CXM to log into the Reporting Portal. This means that if you change your CXM password, it will update in the Reporting Portal as well. 

Your CXM user must have the Client Admin role in order to log into the Reporting Portal. 

The Contact Code Summary report displays a bar graph from calls to and from client staff who have the option to code the calls that route to the client staff. This report does not include calls coded from CareXM nurses.

1. To run this report, click on "Contact code Summary" icon on the reporting portal landing page:

2. Filter date, contact code (optional) and contact type (optional), then click "Run Report":

3. The report will display as a bar graph and can be downloaded as a CSV file or printed:
