You will use the same login information that you use to access CXM to log into the Reporting Portal. This means that if you change your CXM password, it will update in the Reporting Portal as well. 

The Activity Summary Report displays the number of activities for the time frame selected. 

1. To run the Activity Summary report, click on the "Activity Summary" icon on the bottom row of the Reporting Portal landing page.   

2. The option to filter the date will be displayed. Use the quick links on the left side of the date field, or enter the date to select the desired time frame. Click the "Run Report" button:

3. The report will display breaking out the average calls per activity, average activity time and total number of activities. The report can be downloaded as a CSV file or printed.
